Prop Tec uses the Hale MRI Performance Tuning Computer. MRI stands for Measurement Recording Instrument.  An Optical encoder and 2 Linear Transducers transmit extremely precise 3-D data to the computer.  Measurements and reporting are possible for Pitch, Rake, Track, Spacing, Geometry, and Camber of any propeller.

Using the MRI we are able to set the level of reconditioning to Class S, Class I, or Standard.  Standard is described as medium accuracy, Class I as high accuracy, and Class S as very high accuracy.  After this process, we recommend Dynamic Balancing.
